These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Release Trace.

1. Scope
Release Trace is a SaaS product that converts GitHub release ranges into reviewable release artifacts. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for account security and activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
3. Subscription and payment
Paid pilot subscriptions are billed per repository per month. Payments are processed by Paddle as the payment provider and merchant of record.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, interfere with platform security, abuse API limits, or process content you are not authorized to process.
5. Availability
Beta and pilot features may change. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when possible.
6. Intellectual property
The product, code, and branding of Release Trace remain our intellectual property. You retain rights to your source repositories and your release content.
7. Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, or legal reasons.
