Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to paid pilot subscriptions of Release Trace.

1. Scope
This policy covers Founding Paid Pilot subscriptions billed per repository per month.
2. Initial charge refund window
You may request a refund of the first paid charge within 14 calendar days from the payment date.
3. Renewal charges
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund for already processed payments.
5. How to request a refund
Send your request to support@release-trace.com with your workspace name, payment date, and transaction reference.
6. Payment provider
Payments are processed through Paddle. Transaction disputes and tax handling may follow Paddle’s platform rules and local legal requirements.
