Installation is visible, but repository list is empty.+
The installation may not include that repository. In GitHub App installation settings, add repository access and refresh repositories in Release Trace.

Both refs must exist in the same repository and be visible to the installed app. Try Ref range mode if tags are missing or inconsistent.
Sign up opens sign in.+
This is auth setup mismatch in deployment configuration. For user side, open /sign-up directly. If issue persists, report it to the project owner.
I got redirected to landing after login.+
Open /app directly after login. If session is not active, sign out and sign in again with GitHub.
How should I add labels/tags?+
In Tag Rules board, add tags without # or with # (both are accepted), choose category, then drag tags across columns and Save.
Why do I see too many technical bullets in PUBLIC_NOTES?+
Move technical tags to INTERNAL/CHORE-style categories in Tag Rules, then regenerate artifacts.
Why are there no milestones in filter?+
Milestone filter uses PR milestone metadata from GitHub. If PRs have no milestone, bullets go to 'No milestone'.
Can I edit generated text manually?+
Yes. Edit bullet text directly in release review. Changes are saved on field blur and remain in the review workflow.
Which output should I publish?+
Use PUBLIC_NOTES for customers, QA_SUMMARY for testers, and SUPPORT_SUMMARY for support/team communications.
Do you support GitLab?+
Not in the current beta. Auth and repository ingestion are GitHub-only. GitLab support is planned after core beta stability targets are met.
